Well, hello there! It hasn't even been four months since my last post, and I'm already updating again! I'm so good to you guys... *cough*

Anyways, here are a few precious little updates;
- Sander and me have decided to move in with each other in a year! X3 We're aiming for December so we can celebrate New Year together in our very own home!! X333 *insert happy squeal here*
- I have a mini laptop named Shuuji! He's really, really small (fits 5 times (I'm not kidding) in the screen of my normal PC), and I named him after the main character of Nobuta wo Produce. I now have Shuuji to Akira in my room, oh yeah <3 (Youtube it if you don't know who they are =P)
- I might become a full-time artist :3 I'm looking into silver/gold smithing (is that the right word? >.>), so I can make proper jewelry. And sell them >:3
If/when I'm a full-time artist I'll be making loads of different things, but I really have something for little pretty things, hence the jewelry making.
- I miss my best friend terribly... Why d'you have to live in England, dammit >.>" But he came here for New Years, and it was awesome <3

I wonder why I have a LiveJournal sometimes, or why I even bother actually writing stuff here... Apart from times like this when Im bored. But I guess I'll have to get used to writing more than comments on the internets, for when I launch my own site =P

Due to not paying enough attention when I transfered stuff from my old PC to my new one, I have lost ALL my bookmarks >< Since I can't function properly without good webcomics, fanfiction and other yummie stuff (preferably of the male non-straight persuation, for obvious reasons), I am calling upon YOU, my friends (and other random people who might happen to come across this very humble page of mine) to help me out!

Yeah, so, in short; the holiday was SUPER fun, Matty and me are even closer than before (seeing each other IRL does that, I guess =P), and he's coming here again for New Years!! <3333

Also also, Ian, the PC I'm using, is pretty much dying... Has been so for a while now, with him being a bit too old for pretty much all the new stuff, not having enough space and pretty much failing at protecting itself against unwanted stuff, but he's got a virus that we can't get rid of now, and it's really killing him... *sighs* I've ordered a new PC a little over a month ago, but as my luck would have it, it's not here yet cause they didn't have everything I wanted... *sighs again* So, until I have it, I don't know if I'll be updating, or even reading LiveJournal at all.

But, don't worry, I'll be back soon-ish! Can't take TOO long before I get my PC now, right?

First the bad news: I didn't get Miyavi tickets because of some bloody error in the code of the P60 website, and they sold out right after. Then, I finally hear I can get tickets (for a reasonable price)...but I can't go because it's the only day I have to take care of my mom! *dead* Did I mention I love him more than anyone else I don't know personally? He's my hero... I REALLY wanted to see him *sobs*

Then I hear my lovely Polish friend Raven is coming to NL! =D ...On the exact same week, which means I can't go see her, because she'll be in bloody Amsterdam and it's bloody far away, and I can't bloody go there for a day x.x"
...Well, not that I can go ANYWHERE at the moment...bloody busdrivers are still on strike, gah!


And now for something completely different...
MATTY'S COMING!!! X333 *squeals like a happy little piggy* He's coming to NL by the end of July, 'til the beginning of August <3 (At least, that's the plan so far.)
Just... since he can only stay here for 2 nights we have to go camping the rest of the time (with Sander!), and that means we either have to lend a car, or be verrry careful with what we're taking with us... And we have to find a way to cook, and make sure we get a camping with a store, that's not too expensive, and NOT FULL (high season around here is dreadful...), with a pool if we have any choice, and close to a proper busstop(!). Also we have to figure out which tents we're taking, what kind of sleepinggear, what to do when it rains... etc etc.

sigh

But, whatever it is, we'll find something, and it'll be worth it cause I'm finally getting to see my bestest friend!! X33 I'll sooo be dead afterwards, and during the holiday as well, probably, but I don't care.
Oh, and we're planning on going to Castlefest, too! =D With the three of us~



Sidenote: why do I get adds saying 'why your belly is fat' and stuff like that... Have they SEEN my belly? I've tried for a year to GAIN fat, dammit >.> Stupid adds...which part of my journal makes them think I'm interested in those adds? *rolls eyes*

I got a bassguitar! X3 It's pretty and slim and totally black (with a dash of pink at the end of the strings), and I named it Meev, or Meevs. It's very fun to play with <3 I'll take a pic sometime if anyone's interested. Did I mention it's pretty yet? ♥

I also got Neverwinter Nights and Vampire The Masquerade: Bloodlines for the PC. Haven't played Neverwinter yet, but Vampire is loooove <3

My kimono's coming along nicely. Will show when it's done.

I got a webcomic! Or rather, web'comic'... Anyways, it's purdy (I hope), random, and it might show some insight in my brain: b4k4chan and the Seven Sins :3

More fun stuff... Miyavi's coming to NL! X33 *squeals like a little piggy* I'm either gonna cosplay or make an original Visual Kei outfit.

...On the bright side, I suddenly have lotsa money... Meaning I can maybe save up for a good gaming PC after all...<33 Though, with the price of those, it'll prolly be another year or something...x.x At least I'll know what to ask for my 22nd birthday, I guess... *siiii~gh*

On an even brighter note: I managed to find a pretty fabric for my Elf Fantasy Fair costume <3 It's gonna be a kimono, since I'll be going as an Asian High Priestess of Necromancy <3

I also managed to find loads, and I do mean LOADS of cool stuff to make jewelry with, for pretty much free <333 So, MJ and me will prolly enjoy ourselves with those in 1,5 weeks, when I'm going to spend the night with her (...that sounded wrong >.>).

Ooohh..and I'll be FINALLY buying my lovely brand new bassguitar at the end of March!! X33333 I'll post pictures of it when I have it of course. ...My fingers already hate me...XD

Well, to be honest, *I* haven't (...hush you >.>), but the marble-making/playing people sure have... I was looking at the Wikipedia page of marbles, and found some err... 'interesting' facts...

Apart from marble-involving games such as Bunny Hole (However, if any player hit another player's marble before his own marble had been to 'visit' the bunny hole, the act would be referred to as 'a kiss') and Gaipar, the names of some marbles are simple wrong. Very, very wrong...  I bring you:
Toothpaste - wavy streaks usually with red, blue, black, white, orange
Oxblood - a streaky patch resembling blood
and the winner of them all:
Viagra - a blue strand of liquid...

...I mean, seriously, wtf? 0_o The only explanation I can come up with is that some dads needed to buy viagra, and the kids heard it, and then they made up the story of the marbles being called viagra... Any other ideas of where that name comes from? I'd like to hear... I shall leave you with Wikipedia's story of how the term 'losing your marbles' came to exist (whether it's true or not, I shall leave to your own mind...)

Wahoo, my first writing voyage into the Guild Wars universe has started! *dances* For you who don't know Guild Wars; it's an MMORPG. You just have to buy the game, then you can play for free. No monthly fees FTW! =D
For those of you who do know it; the main story will take place in Kryta, after the Charr have invaded Ascalon and laid everything to ruin. It focuses on a Necromancer/Ritualist called Ryousei Kochi (it's Japanese, look it up if you want - there's a reason he's called like that), and his compagnions Scareth (Ne/Me - curses) and Willo (Ne/Mo - Minion Master). This story is a prequel to the main story.

Great. Just great. I finally got a fanfic finished far enough so that I could post it (over a chapter, and a chapter's about 3 pages), but since it's on my laptop, I have to put it on my MP3 player first, and then put it on Ian, my PC. But Mr Toshiba doesn't want to recognize my bloody player! >< And I can't dl anything for it, since my lappy doesn't have Internet. *sobs* There goes that idea...x.x

Also, what's up with the English language? Some expressions make no sense at all! I mean, 'pulling one's tongue'? It's like 'blowjob', totally missing the point of the action.

Since I'm lazy (read: tired as hell because of all the things I've been doing), but not everyone looks at my deviantART account, I'll just copy & paste from there. So some stuff you might already know, but I really don't feel like blogging properly, and I do feel like I should at least let you people know what's going on.


- I'm 21 now! Had a great party, got lotsa reeaally cool presents (my fav prolly being a little book with quotes called The Wicked Wit Of Women), and I had a HUGE birthday cake! It was mocca flavoured and had Pippi Longstocking on it :3 Yes, 21 is a magical age~
Did I mention I refuse to grow up?

- I has a job! It's at my local library <3 For 2 hours a week, every Thursday. I'm usually putting stickers on books, putting books where they belong, etc... But last Thursday they even let me scan in books! X3 Mmm...books...

- -AlterEgo- is now on a updates-whenever-the-hell-I-finish-them schedule! Yeah...I know that sucks, but as my mood-icon says, I'm TIRED! x.x Not even counting my job, I've been busy pretty much every week since December, and I just don't get around to drawing proper comics (even though I'm seriously practically done with the new one...). So, as I can't finish them on a proper schedule, and trying-and-failing every time makes me upset, updates are whenever!

- I'm gonna make another LJ! This one is gonna be a fashion blog. I always like looking at those, and I figured I might be able to help some people with it (as in, giving ideas and perhaps advice). I'll of course post the link here when it's online. Will have to make photo's first, though, and the photographer I have in mind lives a bit away from me. Buuut it'll happen^^ Just don't know when (like pretty much everything *sighs*)


So... I think that's pretty much it. The good news is that I've been very happy with both myself and my social life lately - I just need to make sure I don't get overworked.

OMFGOMFGOMFG!!! *squeals with joy* I just had my first day at work! X3 It was great, even though it stormed on the way to and from work. I had to get stickers from books (no nails FTL...), then put other stickers on other books, put books where they belong, and get books out of the shelves, cause they're needed for a special book event thing. Doesn't sound like much, but if you only work for 2 hours and 15 minutes on a day, once a week, you really can't expect to do much more =P Plus I also had to get the tour of the library first, of course.
The tea & biscuits were yummie, though :3

They also said we should have a special book release event in the library when my book o' poetry is for sale. I loves my new co-workers <3 And when I was waiting for the bus to take me home, dad showed up to pick me up <3

Today has been a good day X3


PS: the Backstreet Boys are coming to NL...but
a) it's in April (and both the Elf Fantasy fair and Disney will be then too, though the concert is before all that)
b) the tickets are between 33 and 41 euro (they do have wheelchair places, which are 41 (and should be in front))
c) nobody wants to come with me! T.T (only Matty, but he lives in England >.>)

Sander (my boyfriend) doesn't have a break then after all, so we're forced to go a few months later. Most likely at the very end of April (don't worry guys, it's after the Elf Fantasy Fair). So, at least we'll still go, and now we have some extra time to save money (and I'll get about 3 times as much money a month when I turn 21 as to what I'm getting now). I just hope it won't be high season then... I kinda really don't wanna go in the summer holiday, since I still have that freakin heath allergy XP

Oh well, at least it's only 2 more nights until I can stand working at the library <3 And I can focus on my Elf Fantasy char & costume as well now <3

So, yesterday I had my job interview thingie... Just talking about what I'm gonna do and stuff (read: how much I can), setting the dates and so forth. The head Librarian lady is really nice^^ She didn't say anything about my new dress (which kinda stands out), so I guess I don't have to worry about 'proper attire' and 'adjusting' to the people at work. Than again, I'm working in a freakin library, how bad can dressing differently be?
The best part was when I said I love books, and she remembered what kind of books I like... Remember those librarians in stories, that always remember EVERYTHING? I think she's from one of those stories =P Though I doubt she'll shush anyone who talk at a normal voice. It's a small library in an old farm, anyway, not like people actually study there. The building does add to the relaxed and soothing atmosphere... Or maybe that's just me getting soothed by many books around me.
There's even a small pond with ducks right next to the library, so I'll enjoy that on my breaks. When it's not too cold, of course... I should think about bringing some old bread sometime.
...And name one of the ducks Masa =P

Right now I'm waiting for my boyfriend to arrive <3 I just finished his birthday cake (he'll be 25 tomorrow, whoo!) but I'm afraid it won't look good anymore when he's finally here... I wrote a message on it, and that better stay readable, but I kinda doubt it x.x Maybe we'll take a pic of him and the cake. If I don't forget, and it still looks pretty and readable, of course =P The message:

The library's in the next village, so that's only 10 minutes away by bus, and some 5 minutes in total walking, prolly. I'M SO HAPPY~~!!! *squeals loudly* I just hope that my new colleagues are nice (which I'm sure they are), and that they're open minded... And that they'll let me lend books for free >:3 I feel really motivated to read all the children's books now, so I can help people select a cool book. Wonder if I'll ever end up as a reference librarian ^^

A couple of side notes: I'm just barely recovering from a terribly cold which made me lose (even more) sleep x.x It suuucked. Right now I just have a bit of a cold, though it's still making my head hurt, so at least I can somewhat function again. Maybe I'll even get to clean up my room a bit in the next few days, who knows? =P

I've also decided that I want a Pippi Longstocking cake with the words 'never grow up' for my birthday^^ I'll be 21, so i thought it was fitting =P I'm going to Disneyland (the Paris one) for the first time in my life the week after my birthday, together with my überawesome boyfriend <3 It'll cost us a lot, but it'll be worth it <3 He's getting a new phone with a good cam, so expect pictures! =D ...I hope I get to meet Peter Pan ( and that he/she is a good one =P). And I wanna hug the Beast >:3

I'm waiting for my new Goth-loli-ish dress, Malice Mizer CD+DVD and some magazines to arrive... Can't wait to try it on <3

Lastly: I know I've been a total slacker when it comes to art lately, but remember I still am chronically ill, ne? (For the ones who don't know: I've got Lyme XP Oh, and the Wiki page doesn't do it justice... It's way more crap than it says x.x)  I'm honestly trying, and I've cooked up some rather interesting yet mostly terribly drawn (I can't draw with a mouse...) things over the past few weeks. Stuff like a BioFortressLabShip and a picture of my friend Gerhard (who I made the ship for as well) as the King of Greenland ;3 Comic will be updated as soon as it's done, on my deviantART page. I'll let you know when I do^^

Today is a dark, dark day in my life... Even though I said I wouldn't, even though it's against some of my (lesser) principles... *sighs deeply*

It's not that I didn't have a choice, either. I mean, I resisted it before (read: never felt like it), but today it obviously wasn't like that. It was a spur of the moment, really. For some reason I thought 'hey, why not?' and I immediately did it. I feel so dirty... I know I shouldn't have, or at least thought it over. Things like 'is it really for me?' or 'how big is the possibility that I'll stay' or even a simple 'why?!'.

Of course, I have my reasons. Not that many of my friends do it, but there are a few that I really respect that are the reason I did it.
I started thinking about it on my Halloween party, when my new-found friend said it would be cool. I'd only have to do it with people I care about, after all - I could easily ignore the rest.
So, thanks to her, and thanks to those who have a way with words and fantasies...*sighs deeply and shakes head*
